Ben Luna is a modern Highland Lodge with many traditional elements from a period long before, that creates an atmosphere of historical romance in a true Highlands of Scotland setting high in the hills above Loch Ness.
The design and decor comes from our love for light and space - to create a total element of calm, tranquility, inner peace if you like, but to be conducive to adapting to memorable, social interactive experiences like intimate evenings of the finest of Highland dining, great conversation and good music all happening around the magnificent bespoke 5m long Douglas Fir dining table with family and friends
We do love our dining area, however the bedrooms are fabulous!
Each of our bedrooms, have their own en-suite bathroom, dressing room and access out to balconies overlooking the splendid Highland scenery – so you’ll find that ‘relaxing’ comes quite naturally!
Our palette of textured grey, taupe and white, and use of natural materials – wood, stone, metal and linen, are used throughout Ben Luna to create an infinite sense of tranquility which blends with both the internal and external surroundings.
Bedroom Specification
The ground floor is a seamless run of beautiful oak flooring with underfloor heating. The first floor has sumptuous wool carpet.
All bedrooms have luxurious Egyptian Cotton bed linen, gorgeous towels and dressing gowns. Hairdryers and wi-fi included.
The rooms are named after some of the trees you see from your windows and balconies.
The Silver Birch Suite
This suite is on the ground floor. A very spacious room with a Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower/wet room - highly suitable for wheelchair access and disabilities. It has a European King Size bed, a sofa and a walk-in dressing room with double French-door give access into the garden.
First Floor
The Scots Pine Suite
This suite has a luxurious velvet double bed with memory foam mattress, a sofa and a walk-in dressing room. and the en-suite has a large shower with power head.
Double French-Doors open out onto your own personal covered balcony with seating to enjoy the stunning view.
The Wild Cherry Suite
This suite has a European King Size bed and a door out onto the balcony, a built-in wardrobe and en-suite with a large shower.
The Rowan
This room has a double bed and 2 x single beds. It has a large walk-in dressing room and the en-suite has a large shower. It has access out onto a balcony and down into grounds and is ideal room for the children.
The Holly
This is a large room with 2 x single beds that can be zipped to make a Super King if preferred. There is also room here for additional beds if required.
It has built in wardrobe space and the en-suite has a large shower.
This room has its own access from outside giving complete privacy or can be entered through the adjacent bedroom.
