We are proud to use and support local produce from a range of Highlands and Islands producers – ‘Keeping it Highland & Island’ means we are looking after the environment with minimal transportation and guarantees freshness of the ingredients in their prime.
We can stock the Lodge with numerous delicious locally produced nibbles for you to enjoy throughout your stay and our exciting ‘grazing’ platters make a fun alternative way to dine!
The best of Scotland’s Larder - West Coast Langoustines, Isle of Mull Scallops, Orkney Crab, Ness River fresh salmon and Loch an Eilein Trout – we’re proud to be able to offer you the best.
We willingly support our local hard working producers in return for their delicious organic, seasonal fruit and vegetables -Black Isle grown potatoes & vegetables, Wester Hardmuir’s wonderful soft fruits, Connage Highland Dairy & Cheese Pantry.
Our catering teams are absolute masters – great fun and discreet to have around the Lodge and seriously good at their job. Their passion for food and all things Highland is evident and can turn their hand to anything. Special requests and dietary requirement are welcomed.
You can choose to have a delicious Afternoon Tea waiting for your return from a day’ adventures or have us stock your fridge with mouth-watering casseroles, buttery seasonal vegetables and freshly made focaccia breads to mop up the last of that gravy, delightful deserts and delicious cheese boards, perhaps a BBQ whilst shooting some laser-clays or a fun family home-made pizza party.
Breakfasts can be either serviced or left for you -light, healthy Continental or a Full Scottish! We can make up gourmet pack-lunches for you to take on your adventures or we can even meet you on-site with lunch whatever your plans – all do-able! The option to have your Wines paired to your chosen meals is something we specialise in!
